Everyone should be able to use this website comfortably. Here's where we stand, and how to tell us when we fall short.
The Suitcase Society is built to be usable by as many people as possible, including those using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. Some third-party tools embedded here — booking calendars, payment pages and similar — are outside our direct control, and we work with those providers where we find problems. If you hit one, please tell us; it helps us prioritise.
If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, or you'd like information in a different format, email [email protected]. Tell us what you were trying to do and we'll help you directly — and fix the underlying problem where we can.
Reports of accessibility problems are genuinely welcome. A real person reads every message, and we aim to respond within one business day.
