Free shipping

Every order ships free, with no minimum purchase. Orders are carefully prepared and packaged so your pieces arrive in excellent condition. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Local pickup in Houston

For a limited time after the Priority Mail cutoff date (Friday, Dec 18), local pickup in Houston, TX is available for an additional charge of $25. Houston pickup closes Sunday, Dec 20.

Packing Concierge deliveries

A packed wardrobe isn't a normal parcel. It's assembled around a specific departure date and ships to arrive before you leave. Your timeline is confirmed during your consultation.

International shipping

We do not ship internationally.

Returns

Unworn pieces in their original condition, with tags attached, may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and you'll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns.

Styling and concierge services are booked time and curated work rather than stock items, so they follow the terms set out at booking rather than the boutique return policy.

Final sale

Special occasion wear, holiday wear and merchandise marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by law.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to help with exchanges, subject to availability.

Damaged or lost in transit

Unfortunately, once a package is picked up by the post office or we drop it off at USPS, it is completely out of our control. In the event that a shipment arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please let us know. You will need to file a report with USPS. We are not permitted to file the claim, and we do not have access to any information beyond what the post office provides to you.
